What Vorbaro is

An app for learning Romanian words with spaced repetition: words with translations, examples, audio and photos.

Vorbaro is currently free. If paid features appear, we will announce it in advance, and the payment terms will be described separately.

Your account

• Use your own valid email: confirmation and password reset emails are sent to it.
• The account is personal: do not share it with other people.
• Keep your password secret. If someone may have learned it, change the password and end sessions on other devices: "Profile" → "Devices".
• The account owner is responsible for actions in the account.

Rules

You must not:

• automatically download or copy the dictionary, audio or photos with scripts, bots or mass requests;
• bypass protection, limits or the binding of sign-in to a device;
• disrupt the service or sign in to other people's accounts;
• send insults, advertising or other people's personal data in edits and reports.

If these rules are broken, we may restrict access or block the account.

Your edits and reports

Word corrections and error reports help improve the dictionary. By sending them, you allow us to use them in the Vorbaro dictionary.

Dictionary accuracy

We check translations and examples and fix errors we find, but inaccuracies are possible. Do not use the dictionary as the only source for official documents, medical or legal matters.

Availability and liability

Vorbaro is provided "as is". We try to keep the app running without interruptions but do not guarantee it: maintenance and outages are possible.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses from using the app. Consumer rights that the law of your country does not allow to be limited remain in force.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time: "Profile" → "Delete account" (details). We may close an account that breaks these terms. If Vorbaro shuts down, we will announce it in advance so you have time to export your progress.

Changes to the terms

If the terms change, we will update this page and the date at the top. We will email you about significant changes. By continuing to use the app after changes, you agree to the new terms.
