Delete your account

In the app

1. Sign in to Vorbaro.
2. Open "Profile" → "Delete account".
3. Enter your password and confirm.

The account and all data are deleted at once. To keep your progress, export it first: "Profile" → "Export progress".

Without access to the account

First reset your password: "Forgot your password?" on the sign-in screen; the link will be sent to the account email. Then sign in and delete the account in your profile.

If that does not work, write to us through the contact form with the topic "Account and data" and give the account email. We will send an email to that address and delete the account once you reply: this way no one else can delete your account.

What is deleted

• email and password;
• progress: all answers and the review schedule;
• settings and selected categories;
• your word edits and error reports;
• sign-in sessions and the sign-in log.

Deleted data cannot be restored.

What remains

The server's technical logs may still hold the time and address of your requests: the logs are overwritten as they fill up. Your correspondence with support stays in the support mailbox; we delete it on request.
